Awesome weekend of pure awesomeness

Yeah this past weekend was my birfday weekend so it was full of fun things. It all started when Allen picked me up from my apartment on thursday. I had my birthday dinner that night and most of my family made it that night. We went to Vic's pizza and the whole resturaunt sang happy birthday to me and everyone stared in envy at my cake. It was a pretty badass cake, I must say. My aunt picked it out for me. It was chocolate and had chocolate strawberries on the top. Best cake EVER! I was very happy. My family gave me alot of money too, which I knew was going to be automatically spent in nyc later on.
Soo yeah later that night, allen picked me up. He got laid off from Secova, and I was in a really crappy mood because I was worried about him and his future financial woes. Allen lives on his own and pays for his rent. Without work, I knew life was going to be extra hard for him. He would have to rely on unemplyment money and anything else he could scrape up to pay for rent. Fortunately, he didn't tell me the whole situation until he came over. Apparently Secova laid him off since there was nothing to do and they were barely getting any calls. They said that they would rehire him in June when they have a big project on a new state. That made me very happy so I stopped being a bitch later on that night. We went to our usual 24 hour grocery store, A&P, and then we were off to New Brunswickland for a very long weekend.
Friday was the rockband party. It was great because my best friend, Maxx came over. Also phil, patty, josh, angi, and allen were there too. It was a good party. We drank mike's hard lemonades while playing Imagine if. Maxx and phil drank heavily, but I was happy with my smirnoff watermelon drinks :) I was only turning 20, so I laid off the hard liquor. Next year, on the other hand, I'll be totally wasted, lol. Allen will have to watch over me or something. I'll probably not remember anything. Ohh well :p
So after imagine if, we played rockband for a while. Then we all went off to bed, sleepy, somehwat drunk or buzzed, and very happy.
The next day was Rutger's Day. Allen, Phil, and I explored college ave and then took a horrible bus ride to busch, livingston, and then finally cook campus. The roads were filled with traffic, the buses were crammed with alot of fat people with no open windows, and everyone was cranky. They changed the bus route too so we were unable to make it to any important events. We eventually made it to cook campus, the one that looked the most amusing, and walked around for hours. It was great! There were dogs everywhere and the students sold alot of plants. They had alot of food too! And book sales! I was freaking out about that, but didn't find anything interesting to buy. They also had several farms and we looked at all the animals. There was so much to do at that campus, it was ridiculous. And everyone went there too. The bus ride home was chaotic though. The bus took forever to arrive and took forever to get back to college ave. By the end of the day, we were completely exhausted. Phil went home right when we settled down, and then Maxx showed up after his band schindiggs. Maxx and I then journeyed to a bus stop to go see a dance recital, but the buses were still messed up from Rutger's Day. We couldn't make it, so we walked around.
My cousin, Christy was visiting her friend who lived in New Brunswick, and we met up with her and her bf. We then went to get some bubble tea together. We had alot of fun. Maxx unfortunately taught christy how to shoot tapioca balls out of the straw and they pelted me with them. Some stuck to my butt, lol. Then christy and chris left and Maxx and I went back to Allen's house.
On Sunday, Allen, Maxx, and I went to the train station, but our train ride was cancelled so we had to wait an extra hour. So we went back to the bubble tea restuarunt and bought some chinese food. We then went back to the station and hopped on the train. When we got to nyc, we met up with Allen's sister, Tina and her husband Myq. It was their one year anniversary. We all walked through nyc to the MoMa. It was extremely crowded, but we managed to get through the tim burton exhibit and had fun. Allen bought me a really cool tim burton artwork book, and Myq and Tina bought me an awesome reeses peanut butter mug from the hershey's store on our way there. But anyways, we got out of the exhibit alright even though it was deathly crowded. I felt bad for tina, but I believe she had fun. She really did like the artwork, and I definitely know Myq did too. After the Moma, we went to a diner and ate some food. We then journeyed to central park and played on the swings. We then took the subway back to penn station and went home. My legs were killing me, but I had alot of fun. Allen's sister hated Maxx and chewed him out by the end of the day, but atleast they got along during the day. Besides the miserable weather and unfortunate events, I still had alot of fun. Those things were minor anyways.
And yesterday was Allen and my anniversary. We have been together for 2 years! I skipped class so I could spend the whole day with him. It was a miserable day weather wise, but we enjoyed each other's company inside. Maxx left to go to class, and Allen and I had our happy private time. I'm really happy to still be with him. I'll always be with him, actually. I'm not afriad that our relationship will ever end. I did have a crush that could have been fatal, but that ended suddenly. I never want to go back to that ever again.
For now I can look back on that weekend and smile. I'm so happy that I have so many people in my life that care. They really showed it too. I am so grateful to know these people too. Even if they all can't get along. Oh well, life is good. Life is great :) I typed too much and my fingers are cramping.
